Earle E. Williams was born Jan. 1, 1898 in Woodside, Calif., and came to Tracy in 1910. He founded and built the Kerlinger Plant of Pacific Cement and Aggregates, Inc. on the alluvial fan of Corral Hollow Creek. Williams was active in many social and civic organizations, and became known as the historian of southern San Joaquin Co. He died on July 4, 1983. From the description of Earle E.
